On Saturdaythe 27th July we are holding our next home bakers sourdough course at HillBilly Bakehouse HQ in Sarina. 

In our mobile, self suficient, off-grid bakery we will be exploring all things sourdough from making delicious sourdough damper rolls on the wood stove rocket grill to cooking delicious sourdough in a camp oven.  

From 9am to 5pm we will share as much of our knowledge as possible to get you on the path to making your own sourdough with just 3 ingredients...flour, water and salt.

🥖Slow fermentation



🥖Baking with a dutch oven

And much more...


Lunch, as well as tea and coffee throughout the day will be provided.

A 50 year old starter, 2kg of organic flour, fresh sourdough rolls as well as a detailed instruction booklet will be yours to take home.

Join us HillBillys at the Bakehouse for a fun day of learning, laughs and delicious food while we explore all things sourdough.
